Consent-based AI voice and SMS follow-up
When a person affirmatively agrees to the communication-consent option on a FYZICAL-owned advertising lead form, we may use automated calls, an AI-generated or artificial voice, and text messages to respond to that person's request for information, discuss the requested service, and coordinate an office callback or appointment. Consent is not required to receive care or purchase services.
Automated calls and text messages may come from (856) 492-5787. We may make an initial automated call and no more than one safeguarded follow-up attempt for an inquiry, including a callback the person specifically requests. We send at most one proactive text-message opening for an inquiry and may respond conversationally after the person replies. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages or HELP for help. A person may also ask during a call not to receive additional automated calls. For support, call (856) 444-8405.

We do not send clinical advice, medical records, insurance information, payment information, or sensitive health information by SMS. Do not reply to a text with private medical information.
AI calls, recordings, and transcripts
Our automated voice assistant identifies itself as an AI virtual assistant. Calls may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, and reviewed to respond to the inquiry, coordinate follow-up, monitor quality and safety, and improve the communication workflow. Do not share symptoms, diagnoses, medical records, insurance information, payment-card details, or other sensitive health information during an automated call or by text.
We and our contracted communications, customer-management, hosting, and support providers may process the minimum contact details, consent evidence, call or message content, and operational results necessary to provide and safeguard this program. We retain consent evidence and communications records only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable legal requirements.
Mobile information
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers solely to operate and support our communications, subject to appropriate safeguards.
